The data provided will be processed in compliance with the above mentioned rule, responding to the obligations of confidentiality and lawfulness that inspired our company and for the time strictly necessary for which they were collected in case of non-use will not exceed 24 months; Furthermore, the data will not be disseminated. Your data, for strictly professional reasons and in order to perform our service in the best way, may be communicated to:

  • Our agents authorized to carry out processing.
  • Any certified platforms for sending newsletters or communications regarding services and services.
  • Credit and/or financial institutions.
  • Our external collaborators identified and designated by us.

  3. concerns data from public registers, lists, records or documents that can be made known by anyone, without prejudice to the limits and procedures that Community laws, regulations or legislation lay down for the knowledge and publicity of data.

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

The data subjects have the right to obtain from the Guarantor, in the cases provided, access to personal data and the rectification or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing concerning them or to oppose the processing (art. 15 and ss. of the Regulation).

RIGHT TO COMPLAIN

Data subjects who believe that the processing of personal data related to them carried out through this site occurs in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, as provided by art. 77 of the same Regulation, or to appeal to the appropriate courts (art. 79 of the Regulation).
